The rate for services is $140.00 per hour, except for Trustees fees.
For Probate and Conservatorship accounts, a fiduciary fee of $1,000 per annum will be assessed. An asset disposition fee of ½% will be charged upon the sale of assets valued over $50,000. A fee of 1% will be charged for the sale of real property.
For Trust accounts, statutory fees (HRS §607-18) will apply as follows:
Inception Fee: 1% on asset value at time of inception

- Income fees:
- 7% on first $5,000
- 5% thereafter
- 5/10 of 1% upon all assets at the end of the calendar year, less bookkeeping and clerical services

Other Fees: |
- 2 ½% on Principal cash received after inception
- 2 ½% on Principal distributions prior to termination
- Reasonable fees for services performed in sales or leases of real estate, contested or litigated claims, tax returns & maintaining decedent’s business

Termination Fees: 1% on asset value at time of termination
All fees are subject to 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax.
Fees are determined after an initial consultation and case review. When appropriate, an initial one hour consultation is complimentary.
Services and fees are effective as of July 2008 and are subject to change at any time.
